Our swimming pool is 8.4m long by 4.20m wide and 1.50m deep. There is double security for children: an electric shutter and a barrier all around.
The swimming pool is heated for the cooler periods of spring or autumn.

Summary: Very nice house with a perfect outdoor kitchen and a heated swimming pool. Nice bedrooms witch airco. The house has all the facilities you need. If you need anything you can always ask the owners who are close but only shows there faces when you ask for them. They respect you privacy. We had a very nice stay!

Summary: We really had a lovely time. The location of the house is great. Really quiet and peacefull, with birds singing all day. The house was clean and equiped with all amenities. We enjoyed the outside very much, the bbq and loungeset and of course the large table was used everyday. The pool was clean and heated, so the kids could swim everyday. The owners are helpfull and kind. As said, we loved our stay and are looking forward to come back here!

Summary: Henri and Helens villa is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is available. The outside kitchen and dinning area is wonderful. We can’t fault the villa itself. Helen was helpful, kind and welcoming throughout our two week stay. We made a request for a piece of disability equipment and Helen organised the hiring of this for us and it was ready on arrival. The swimming pool is heated and was a welcome retreat from the very hot weather! We had a few issues with the gates - but Helen and Henri were helpful and responsive. The only downside for us is the location. If you enjoy a secluded, quiet and isolated spot then this is the place for you! We prefer exploring and having things within walking distance. But that’s personal preference. Overall a wonderful break with kind owners who seem to genuinely want you to have the best stay possible.

Summary: Helen and Henri were the perfect hosts, superb property with everything we needed, and spotlessly clean. Great access to all the local attractions, but tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood that is the perfect spot to relax and cool down after a blisteringly hot day’s exploring.

Summary: The property is just perfect for a quiet break at any time of the year. We were there in early autumn (mid October) and made use of the pool on many of the warm afternoons. The outside terrace and kitchen area were perfect for evening BBQs under the lights ... although we often moved inside for late drinks and coffee as the night became cooler. The owners, Henri and Helen, were perfect hosts: friendly and informative, but without being intrusive. Henri fixed our bikes and gave some great advice on the local areas, Helen helped us with ideas on restaurants, local sights, shopping, culture, etc. She also introduced us in to her amazing works of art and sculpture. If you want to experience the autumn delights of rural Languedoc, then this is a great property and location: easy access to the countryside, the coast, the towns and cities. We bought figs and chestnuts at markets, we ate local cheeses and charcuterie, we drank the wines from St Chinian and Minerve, we ate in some fantastic restaurants ,,, and went home relaxed and overweight! We plan to return.

Summary: We loved our stay in the house of Henri and Helen. The house itself was very clean and comfortable with 2 newly renovated bathrooms. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen with the plancha and the separate fridge. We lived mostly outdoors. The owners live on the same property but we stayed in total privacy in our house with the private pool. Due to Covid there is an extra cost for the cleaning that isn't mentioned on the site of VRBO but the house was indeed very clean. We got a lot of good tips for restaurants and visits in the surroundings from Helen and Henri. We would definitely book this house again and recommend it to other family's.

Summary: A truly lovely stay with very helpful owners. The garden is great and green with a warm pool (depth ideal for young children 1.40m) and an outside sitting area with roof equipped with a big american fridge, grill bbq and sink. Even pool towels. Ideal! Also outside shower and toilet. Helen and Henri take care of the garden and pool without you noticing it. Also a jeu de boules/petanque area and you can cross the private driveway to the garden of the owners and relax in hammocks or children can sit on the swing. There are bikes and childrens bikes and steps, so you can make a little tour of 1km to see the grapes of the vineyards. Modern new bath rooms with big rain shower and 1 bath. Well equipped kitchen, also with some things to get started like salt, oil, tea etc. When we arrived there were cold drinks in the fridge and we got some home grown tomatoes. Helen and Henri are always available when you have a question or need help, the best service. Even helped our friend with renting a car which seemed impossible and returning it. Few minutes drive away from Colombiers where you can have a nice dinner at Le Bistrot de Colombiers (Near a playground) or fancy dinner at Au Lavoir or rent a boat on the canal du midi. Loved the little market on Friday in Serignan. Went to the ferris wheel in Beziers. Narbonne is a lovely village. Also many many wine cellars very nearby, or ask the owners because there family also produces wine, lovely rose. A relaxed carefree stay, recommend it highly!

Summary: Nice detached house in the grounds of the owners property. Great outside eating area with sink, fridge freezer and bbq. Fruit trees growing all around and we were given delicious fresh figs to eat. In a suburban area but easy to walk to aldi and great patisserie with fantastic cakes. Owners are very kind and brought us jam and some lovely flowers for my mum's birthday.
